About Gould Care

Meet Our Founder

My name is Racquel Gould, and I have been working as a personal assistant since 2014

While working, I am also studying at The Open University, taking a BA (Honours) in Health and Social Care. My work is to help vulnerable people to manage their care packages without involving a care agency.

I assist clients with paperwork such as making rota, helping with recruitments, and sorting out their staff’s timesheets and concerns.

All my work is under the client’s authority; I am only here to act as the client’s assistant and work with the client’s team of carers.

I am here to help, not to take over.

Meet Our Personal Assistants

Our team members are all experienced in the care sector, such as doing personal care, administering medications, moving and handling (etc., Hoisting), infection control and first aid at work.

Everyone also holds a public liability health care Insurance to ensure both carer or Personal Assistant and client are protected if accidents happen.

Furthermore, the team is vetted, checking their qualifications, references, and backgrounds.
